Metro United Way is one of three organizations that proceeds benefit!

Sunday, October 8, 2017
1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Ballard High School

William McAnulty, Jr. was the first African American justice on the Kentucky Supreme Court and was also the first African American to hold a cabinet-level post in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. McAnulty's professional accolades spanned over several decades and included being named the Henry V. Pennington Outstanding Judge of the Year in 1997.

While McAnulty was known for his professional honors, his commitment to our community ran deep. He was a longtime supporter of the Legal Aid Society of Louisville and a volunteer for Metro United Way. From 1991 - 1993, McAnulty served as Metro United Way's Board Chair. During this time he was instrumental in helping Metro United Way raise more than $60 million over three years.

Thank you for supporting this event in honor of Justice McAnulty!
